Welcome to Hair Product and Technique, my name is Julia Belzetsky. I became a cosmetologist in 2007 and realized how good it feels to help people with their every day struggles by simply recommending my favorite products. Weather it’s to keep their hair straight after flat ironing it or adding mass volume at the roots. I love teaching people how easy it is to style hair with the right products and showing them the techniques of styling it. My goal is to teach you how to style your hair at home as if you look like you just walked out of a salon. And also pass on all the little tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way.
